Guess what? You already know! It’s more simple than you think, my
friend.
You are a STAR with unique talents and abilities. You are an individualized
expression of God. The key is to find your stage where you can showcase
your gifts and serve the planet.
“Growing up” means being responsible for being all of you! It’s
not about “becoming” anything.. engineer, accountant, mother, teacher,
nurse, computer wiz... you’re already it... it’s about “revealing”
what’s already there.
During my 15 years experience in the personnel consulting business,
I often asked the question in interviews: “what’s important to you
and what do you do best?” You’d be amazed how hard that was for
many people (regardless of social or economic status) to answer.
They would hem and haw and stammer. Often when that occurred, I
would think to myself and sometimes even verbalize: “Have your chart
done... it’s a blueprint/roadmap that you and God co-created and
it will assist you to live your life with a greater sense of meaning
and purpose.”
When you do what you love (whether it’s your vocation or avocation
or both) work feels like play and the money does follow.
